1. About these terms

MyRemovalQuote.co.uk (the “Site”) is operated by Vetted Leads Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom (company number and registered address [to be added]). By using the Site you accept these terms. Contact: legals@vettedleads.co.uk.

2. What we do

We introduce customers looking for a removal service to independent, vetted removal companies (“Partners”). We are an introducer only. Any removal contract, quote, or service is between you and the Partner — we are not a party to it and do not perform removals.

3. Customer use

• You must be 18+ and provide accurate move details.
• Submitting a quote request means we may share your contact and move details with up to five matched Partners.
• You are responsible for verifying each Partner's quote, insurance and terms before booking.

4. Partner (remover) use

• Partners must complete our vetting checks and keep credentials (insurance, Companies House status, VAT if applicable) current.
• Partners must contact leads promptly, provide honest quotes, and comply with all applicable law including consumer-protection rules.
• We may suspend or remove any Partner for breach of these terms, complaints, or failed re-vetting.

5. Vetting

We perform reasonable checks (Companies House, insurance confirmation, address checks) before a Partner receives leads and monitor these periodically. Vetting is not a warranty of performance, workmanship or outcome and does not replace your own due diligence.

6. No warranty; liability

The Site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties. We are not liable for any loss, damage, delay, injury or property damage arising from a removal booked via the Site — that responsibility sits with the performing Partner. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

7. Intellectual property

All Site content, branding and code is owned by Vetted Leads Ltd or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Site at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that consumers may bring proceedings in their country of residence.
